CYT-Bare Chip Tester + ETS 910 ESD Simulator:
This tester is mainly used to test the electrical and optical characteristics of bear chips which we buy from the chip supplier, to check if all the parameters are qualified. ETS 910 ESD Simulator is to test the anti-ESD performance of bare chips so as to make sure that all chips are with high quality.
  EASSON Profile Projector
This projector is equipped with high precision digital X and Y workbench, which enables the operator to measure the lead frame, insert as well as other materials accurately.
 
XRay Compact Tester
This machine is to measure the thickness of the metal plated on the lead frame which is important to the reliability of the finished goods. After measuring the thickness of copper, nickel and silver plated on the lead frame, we can analyze the performance as well as the reliability of the lead frame more precisely.
  TA-DSCQ10:
DSC, a thermal analysis equipment produced by American TA Company, is mainly used to test the TG (Glass Transition Temperature) and hardness of epoxy.
 
CYT- T625 LED Spectrum Test System + V110 LED Goniometer:
A multi-functional instrument used for testing all kinds of parameters of the products, especially viewing angle. It also can draw the graph of I-V/ I-IV/ T-IV, which help to analyze the electrical parameters of LED.
  CYT-T636 High Precision Tester£º
T636 can accurately test the VF, IV and Wavelength of LED, which help us to make the standard specifications for our products.

S370 which is produced by American UDT Company is mainly for testing the power and lumens of LED.
  Push-Pull Strength Tester
This Push-Pull Strength Tester, which is imported from Holland, can accurately test the cohesion condition between gold ball and pad as well as the pull strength of the gold wire, so as to ensure the reliability of LED bonding.
 
IS tester
IS tester is an international LED standard tester which can be used to test the LM, IV, mW and mW/Sr.
  High Precision Microscope
With the help of this high precision microscope, which has the amplification factor of 500 to 1000, we can precisely exam if the surface of the chip has any damages or if there is anything wrong with the gold ball and gold wire. This greatly helps us to find out the causes of the NG products.
