Our workshops are protected against dust & ESD to ensure reliable environment for LED manufacturing. We strictly control the humidity and temperature in a standard range by some specialized equipment. More over, our work shop features fully automated assembly lines with latest manufacturing and testing machines in the world to improve our quality and satisfy various requirement from our valued clients.
Auto Die Mounting Station:
Our auto die mouthing machines are imported from ASM with latest PR identification system which can perfectly avoid die mounting misalignment and ensure uniform light beam as well. Make sure the quality of the products are guaranteed.
Auto Wire Bonding Station:
Our auto wire bonding machines are also imported from ASM with latest PR identification system. Its accurate loop controlling system contributes greatly to the perfect connection between gold wire and the electrode as well as the arc of gold wire inside the LED, which is very important to the reliability of LED
Auto Phosphor Paste Dispensing Station:
With the leading Phosphor Paste Dispensing technology, This Spraying Phosphor Paste Dispensing Machine could dispense phosphor paste precisely and consistently which contributes to the uniform of the light spot and color temperature of our LED.
